摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effects of angiostatin on VEGF for human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Methods Culturing HUVECs in vitro was divided i into three groups (group control:blank group;group A: 16 mg/L angiostatin; group B: 32 mg/L angiostatin) to observe the expression of the VEGF and the proliferation of HUVECs was examined by MTT,RT-PCR and Western Bolt. Results angiostatin (16,and 32 mg/L) could significantly inhibit the growth of HUVECs after 24,48,and 72 hours (P<0.05) in a dose-time-dependent manner. Conclusion Angiostatin can inhibit the proliferation of HUVECs and disturb the angiogenesis, because the AS can inhibit the expression of VEGF.so as to inhibit the growth and metastasis of CNV.
