滋阴活血汤治疗黄褐斑疗效观察及对性激素的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect on chloasma with Ziyin Huoxue decoction and its fluence to Sex hormones. Methods 30 cases of patients as the treatment group were treated in Ziyin Huoxue decoction, and 30 cases of patients as the control group were treated in Vitamin C,Vitamin E.Course of the treatment is 4 weeks, and the curative effect was observed after 3 courses. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%, and has significant difference to the control group (P<0.05).After treatment the treatment group has significant difference to the control group in decrease of estradio, follicular stimulating hormone and luleinizing hormone levels (P<0.01). Conclusion Ziyin Huoxue decoction has more curative effects oh chloasma, It might has a therapeutic effect by regulating sex homones.关键词
