摘要
Abstract
Objective Exploration treatment underarm odor more reasonable surgery method. Methods From August 2006 to June 2011,136 patients with osmidroris had been treated by excision of apocrine gland. The mark of axillaly hairs were performed first, and then the apocrine glands and adipose were removed away through the 1.5cm long mini-incision on the central of axillary hair area which paralleled the axillary furrow. Results After 6 to 18 months following up, 135 patients were cured primarily without any complications such as skin necrosis and scar contracture. The patients were satisfied with concealed incision, aesthetic contour and functional blood flow, and 1 case was recurrence. Conclusion The improvement underarm odor excision method is an effective method for high cure rate, the scar reduces obviously, non-function barrier.关键词
