Abstract
[ Objective ] To analyze the causes of complications caused by gynecological laparoscopic operations and to discuss the management and prevention for these complications. [ Methods ] The complications occurred in 37 cases received gynecological laparoscopic operations from June in 2003 to June in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] Complications occurred in 0.52% of 7157 cases receiving gynecological laparoscopic operations, including 25 with hemorrhage, 2 with bladder injury, 3 with intestinal injury, 2 with incisional hernia, 4 with emphysema and 1 with skin burn. The research group included 23 cases of accessory operations, 8 cases of myomectomies, and 6 cases of hysterectomies. [ Conclusions ] The occurrence of complications concern with the operating difficulty and surgical technique. So surgeons should severely select the indication, and improve the technique, to reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
