摘要
Abstract
To investigate the application of information management system of database for safe medication in community health service institutions. Methods A computer database technology was used to establish medication consultation and reminder system by digital processing of drug information and development of a application software. Results After the establishment of the information management system, there had been various changes; The indicators in contraindicated medication, non - rational selection of solvent, superposed application of patent medicine of Chinese herbs with the same function, and cost in medical insurance had significantly deceased. Conclusion The information management system is convenient to use, and of guiding role for safe clinical medication in community health services center. ( 1 ) It can regulate the rational medication in community, improving the clinical level and working efficiency. ( 2 ) It could avoid or reduce the clinical irrational medication, and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions under the present situation of general practice in community. ( 3 ) It can indirectly raise the trust level and compliance of patients to community health services centers; could also allocate the medical resources rationally, reduce the cost per visit, and decrease the waste of medical resources.关键词
