Abstract
Home visit by family doctor is an important part in community health management. By using personal digital assistant ( PDA ) and through the 3G network communication technology, we directly transmitted the health management services data got by visit into the health records management system of the center, thus the data can be real - timely updated so as to avoid the faults of second input or untimely update of the data. In this way the family doctors can promote their working efficacy greatly and more accurately given health guidance program. By taking advantage of the miniature printer the doctors can also provide their service objects with the individual health education prescriptions and visiting records of this time. It is also helpful to establish the automatic appraisal management system for the family doctors about their information of performance in public health services.关键词
