摘要
Abstract
Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm ( SCVS ) is the major cause of death and disability in patients with aneu-lysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage ( aSAH ) . The incidence of SCVS is about 20% to 30% , and the symptoms begin three to four days after aSAH, reaching its peak in the second week and requiring three to four weeks to recover. Early evaluation of the disease and prediction of the occurrence of SCVS are conducive to the prevention and appropriate therapy. Perioperative monitoring and treatment should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of brain ischemic complications after aneurysm treatment and to minimize mortality and morbidity, so that the patients' prognosis can be improved. This article summarizes relevant factors of SCVS after aSAH.关键词
