广西少数民族农村社区重性精神障碍综合防治模式的实践与效果评价
Implementation of Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Serious Mental Disorders and Its Effect for Rural Population in Minority Area of Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To assess the effect of comprehensive prevention and control on serious mental disorders in minority rural communities in Guangxi. Methods The detectable rate of serious mental disorders and the coverage rate of prevention and control in the project conducted areas were investigated. The simple randomly smpling was taken to choose 200 patients with schizophrenia who had been given the community prevention and control management in the project pilot area, and 200 patients with schizophrenia who had not been given the management as controls. The influence of the management to the therapy compliance, disease condition, social function and recurrence of disease, as well as financial burden on families of patients with serious mental disorders. Results The detectable rate of serious mental disorders and the coverage rate of prevention and control had gradually increased year by year. The rates of regulated medication, evidently improvement and social participation in the trial group had gradually increased ( P <0. 01 ), and were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same period ( P < 0. 01 ); and the rate of recurrence was lower than that in the control group at the same level ( P <0. 05 ). The implementation of the community prevention and control measures could reduce RMB 1 146 yuan cost per patient family every year. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures on serious mental disorders in minority rural communities can improve the detectable rate of serious mental disorders and the coverage rate of prevention and control. It can enhance the patients' medication compliance, control the disease condition, restore the social function of patients, prevent the recurrence of disease, and reduce the financial burden of patient's family.关键词
