Abstract
Prune Belly syndrome is a rare congenital dysplasia. At present, its early diagnosis mainly relys on color Doppler ultrasonography. This paper reports two fetuses with Prune Belly syndrome in early middle pregnancy. Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the fetuses had abnormal abdominal hump and thin abdominal wall with the whole hypogastrium filled with a giant bladder. It is suspected of Prune Belly syndrome, which is confirmed by autopsy after induced labor.关键词
