广州市无偿献血者中抗-HCV阳性人群的比较分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate anti-HCV prevalence among volunteer blood donors of different genders, ages and occupations. Methods A total of 2 520 179 blood samples from volunteer blood donors were recruited from January 2000 to December 2010 in Guangzhou. The anti-HCV assays were performed by ELISA.with reagents from two different manufactures. Anti-HCV positivity was defined as positivity on either assay. The results were analyzed statistically. Results Anti-HCV positive rate among volunteer blood donors in Guangzhou was 0.42% (10 570/2 520 179). Significant differences in the positive rates of anti-HCV were found between different ages, genders or professions ( P < 0.05). Anti-HCV positive rate was lower in women (0.29% ) than in men(0.52% ). Donors under the age of 35 ( 18 - ,0.40% ;25 ~ , 0.36% ) presented lower anti-HCV positive rate than those over 35 years of age(35 - ,0.54% ;45 -55,0.52% ). Higher anti-HCV positivities were observed in workers(0. 56% )and unemployed people(0.76% ) .while none of the medical staff were positive in anti-HCV. Conclusion The anti-HCV prevalent rate was relatively low among volunteer blood donors of Guangzhou. The encouraging people under 35 years to donate blood could improve blood safety. It is of importance to improve propaganda and education to the workers and unemployed individuals on blood donation safety and transfusion-related infectious diseases.关键词
