经脐单孔腹腔镜输卵管妊娠开窗取胚术19例分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of the umbilical hole laparoscopic salpingostomy of tubal pregnancy. Methods Between March 2010 and September 2010,20 cases of tubal pregnancy were treated by via umbilical hole surgery laparoscopic salpingostomy. Results In addition to I case of interstitial pregnancy that was changed to three-hole surgery, the other was successful in all 19 cases, postoperative monitoring of blood p-HCGpersistent ectopic pregnancy did not occur. Conclusion The umbilicalhole fenestration embryo laparoscopic tubal surgery is a safe and feasible, a more ideal minimally invasive procedure, and in the correct implementation should be noted that, strictly selected cases, improved surgical techniques, postoperative close monitoring of blood p-HCGdecline.关键词
