白鸡屎藤挥发油抗肠炎沙门菌内毒素作用的分析
Role of volatile oil of white Paederia scandens in endotoxin of Salmonella Enteritidis
摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of volatile oil of white Paederia scandens on the endotoxin of Salmonella Enteritidis,420 7-day-old San-Huang broilers were randomly divided into six groups（A, B, C, D, E and F group） ,and the broilers in Groups A,B,C were offered preventive medication intranasally at 1 mL（100 μg/mL）. At 12-day-old,Groups A,B,C,D were treated orally with S. Enteritidis for modeling,and Groups A and D were treated intranasally with volatile oil at 1 mL（100μ/mL） after 24 h. And 90 7-day-old San- Huang broilers were conteracted toxic substances which were mixed by different concentrations of the vola- tile oil and endotoxin. Meanwhile,the changes of ALT,AST,SOD and MDA in serum and the liver of the broilers were tested. The results showed that the endotoxin of S. Enteritidis could be inactivated by the vo- latile oil of white P. scandens,with the activities of ALT and AST kept being increased later or decreased （P~0.01 or P~0.05） ,the SOD activities in the liver and serum being promoted（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, and the content of MDA kept being decreased or increased later under the condition of administration with nasal drops. The conclusion was that the endotoxin of S. Enteritidis could be inactivated by the volatile oil of white P. scandens, which was concerned with hepatoprotective effect and anti-oxidant.关键词
