摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of the craniofacial soft tissue reconstruction according to the plastic and cosmetic surgical techniques and principles in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Method There were 100 patients underwent the cosmetic repair. Result In 78 cases that were followed up for I to 3 years, only 15 needed a second plastic operation. Conclusion It is recommended to repair the facial soft tissue injury by using plastic technique for its quicker recovery and less scarring and deformity.
