摘要
Abstract
Objective To study type Ⅱ DRS of surgery treatment and overcomes. Mothods 27 rases of type Ⅱ DRS, exotropia 15△~40△, all of the patients had abnormal head position, retraction, 16 cases had upshots and downshoots of affected eye on adduction, Resession of lateral rectus muscle (8-14mm). Results 23 cases were no tropia in primary position, abnormal head position and upshots and downshoots of affected eye on adduction were dissappieared. Conclusions A large resession of lateral rectua muscle was effective for type Ⅱ DRS.关键词
