Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy and safety of Zuogui pill and Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. METHODS: 180 cases of clear diagnosis of kidney perimenopausal patients with ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into Zuogui group and Liuwei group. The 2 groups were desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets as a basis for treatment, Zuogui group oral Zuogui pill 9 g, bid; Liuwei group patients were treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill 9 g, bid. The 2 groups were compared the efficacy, bleeding control and adverse events. RESULTS: After treatment, the Zuogui group total effective rate was 95.6%, significantly higher than the Liuwei group (86.7%), Zuogui group of bleeding time and the incidence of breakthrough bleeding was significantly shorter than Liuwei group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Bleeding control cycle and adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The Zuogui pill is more effective in reduce uterine bleeding than Liuwei Dihuang pill, it is an effective drug for the treatment of kidney dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal function, and more security.关键词
