Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Shenxiong glucose injection combined with Lipo-PGE, in the treatment of chronic renal failure. METHODS: 148 patients with decompensated chronic renal failure in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups. 70 patients in control group were given low-salt, low-fat and quality protein food, Compound α-ketonic acid orally and symptomatic treatment of anti-hypertension, lowering blood sugar, infection control; 78 patients in treatment group were additionally given Shenxiong glucose injection and Lipo-PGE1 on the basis of the treatment of control group. BUN, Scr, 24 h urine protein, PT, APTT and FIB were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS: BUN, Scr and 24 h urine protein of both groups decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and compared with control group, the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, PT and APTT prolonged while FIB decreased slightly in treatment groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was no serious ADR found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Shenxiong glucose injection combined with Lipo-PGEi can effectively improve renal function of patients with decompensated chronic renal failure.关键词
