Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization of the psychotropic drugs in essential drug list in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical drug use and rational administration. METHODS: 15 070 prescriptions of the psychotropic drugs during Jan.-Dec. In 2011 were analyzed retrospectively by DDDs and DUI recommended by WHO. RESULTS: Estazolam tablets, Mid-azolan injection and Alprazolam tablets were psychotropic drugs with high utilization ratio in essential drug list in our hospital. The DUI of 6 types of psychotropic drugs were all less than 1.0. CONCLUSIONS: The use of psychotropic drugs in essential drug list in our hospital is basically rational, yet it is urgent for our hospital to tighten monitoring on the use of specific drugs in order to promote the rational use of psychotropic drugs.关键词
