Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by Qingkailing injection, and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: By using retrospective study, 104 cases of adverse drug reaction induced by Qingkailing injection collected by Shaoxing ADR Monitoring Center were analyzed during Jan. 2006 -Dec.2010. RESULTS : Most adverse drug reactions occurred within 30 min after administration.The incidence of adverse drug reactions of 0~ 10-year-old age group was the highest. CONCLUSION: The clinic should be alert to children's medication and strictly master the indications of the Qingkailing injection to avoid drug combination, strictly control speed and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
