Simultaneous Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Forsythoside A in Reduqing Granules by HPLC

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A in Reduqing granules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. A Phenomenex Cn column was adopted with mobile phase consisted of methanol (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 330 run. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, the injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A were 0.056 2~0.562 0 ug (r=0.999 9) and 0.041 l~0.411 0 ug (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries were 100.64% (RSD=0.51%) and 101.81% (RSD=0.74%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and rapid, and can be used for the quality control of Reduqing granules.关键词
