实施国家基本药物制度对合肥市基层医院口服降糖药物应用的影响
Influence of National Essential Drug System on the Applications of Oral Antidiabetic Drugs in Primary Hospitals of Hefei

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the implementation of national essential drug system. METHODS: The application of oral antidiabetic drugs in 45 primary hospitals from Hefei area in 2010 was analyzed statistically in terms of types, DDDs, consumption sum and DDC. RESULTS: The price of antidiabetic drugs in hospitals where national essential drug system had been implemented decreased significantly, compared with those hospitals where national essential drug system had not implemented. DDDs of gliclazide (sustained release) and metformin were 72.40% and 68.86%. CONCLUSIONS: Gliclazide (sustained release) and metformin are the major oral antidiabetic drugs in primary hospitals. The implementation of national essential drug system brings down the expenditure of diabetic patients from Hefei area and lessen economic burden of diabetic patients who take medicine all their life.关键词
