肝素与硫酸乙酰肝素相关抗肿瘤药物的研究进展
The research progress of heparin and HS corresponding anti-cancer drugs
摘要
Abstract
Accompanied by advances in the structural understanding and the mechanism of action of the glycosaminoglycans ( GAGs ), the study of heparin sulfate ( HS ) and structure similarities for use as anti-metastatic, anti-invasive, anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory agents and so on becomes hot spots in concern. Heparins, especially low molecular weight heparin ( LM- WH ), were found to have inhibitory action on tumor in the previous research. The research progress of the key anticancer structures of heparin and HS is overviewed in this study, and heparin similarities are promising to be new anticancer drugs.关键词
