Analysis on the Construction and Supervision of Medical Ethics Committee
摘要
Abstract
At present, the comprehensiveness of the ethics committee's function is becoming more extrusive, however, its construction, operation and supervision are still weak. The prominent problems exist in the growth of the ethics committee including; the name and function are not clear, lack of standard operation guide, clinical trial management standard is not perfect, lack of system and long - term training mechanism. In order to improve the self - construction and supervision of ethics committee, some suggestions were proposed; Unity and clear the name and function of ethics committee, establish a whole operation and management system, create system and continuous personnel training mechanism, strengthening the ethics committees site review and ethical guidance.关键词
