Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of intervention of people - oriented cognition and behavior for patients and their families compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction. Methods :212 cases cesarean section were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, the implementation of people - oriented cognitive behavior intervention were carried on in the intervention group, but the control group has no any intervention. The data were analyzed by questionnaire survey of maternal and their families compliance behavior, and filling out the satisfaction of the mother or their family members for nursing work. ResultS;The compliance behavior of the intervention group patients and their families had scored higher than that of control group. Satisfaction of clinical care of the two groups was significantly different. Conclusions;The implementation of people -oriented cognitive behavior intervention may be improve the level of compliance behavior of women and their families, and improve satisfaction of nursing job.关键词
