摘要

Abstract

Empathy can be used by doctors to help to meet the individual needs of patients, improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients, can also reduce the patients'medical fee. The representations of lacking empathy for doctor are; self - centered thinking mode, "I know all about that" caused by self - enhancement and overconfidence, excessive dependence on technology and medicine in diagnosis and treatment. The doctor's empathy level can be improved by group counseling and daily life work training, the methods are: putting oneself in others position, listening and exact expression.
