Situation Analysis on Medical Students'Interpersonal Communication Skills and Demands in Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To understand the problems and requirements of medical students'interpersonal communication. Method: Questionnaires were used in 1410 students about the interpersonal communication skills and requirements. Results: There were differences in medical students'interpersonal communication skills; students'human communication psychological condition; the initiative of communication. Nonverbal communication, communi-cational practice, speech communication and speech and expression were needed. Conclusion: Medical student need the interpersonal communication education and counseling.关键词
