Determination of Astragaloside IV in Yisheng Capsules by HPLC-ELSD
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC - ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Yisheng Capsules. Methods A Phenomenex Luna C18 column( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm )was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water( 35 : 65 ) and the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 ℃. ELSD was used as the detector. The drift tube temperature was 60 ℃ and air pressure was 350 kPa. Results The calibration curves of astragaloside IV was linear in the ranges of 1.024-20.48 μg( r= 0.999 7), and the average recovery was 99. 30% with RSD of 1.48% ( n = 9). Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible.lt can be used for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Yisheng Capsules.关键词
