摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of schisandrin, deoxyschisandrin and γ - schisandrin in Wuwei Hugan Capsules. Methods The assay was performed on sunfireIM C18 columnC 150 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm )using aeetonitrile - H2( 56 : 32 )as mobile phase with flow rate at 1. 0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 250 ran. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 0. 087 04-0. 696 32 μg( r = 0. 9999 8 ) for schisandrin,0. 018 304-0. 146 43 μg ( r = 0. 999 98 ) for deoxyschisandrin and 0. 040 80 -0.326 4 μg( r = 0.999 96) for γ - schisandrin. The average recovery was 103.40% ,97.45% and 95.88% with RSD of 1.42%( n = 6),0. 88% ( n = 6 )and 0. 76% ( n = 6 )for schisandrin, deoxyschisandrin and γ - schisandrin, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple , quick, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the Wuwei Hugan Capsules.关键词
