2011年我院70例药品不良反应分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe into the general regularity and the characteristics of adverse drug reationC ADR) in our hospital,and to provide basis for deeply ADR monitoring. Methods 70 ADR cases collected from our hospital in 2011 were analyzed statistically by medical record retrospectively study method. Results Of the total ADR cases,65 cases (92.86% ) were caused by intravenous route of administration;37 cases (52.86% ) were induced by antineoplastics. Lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common clinical manifestations( 29. 03% ). Serious ADR occurred in 9 cases ( 12. 86% ). Conclusion It is important to pay close attention to the monitor and reporting of ADR,so as to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADR.关键词
