苏黄止咳胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病咳嗽70例

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Suhuang Zhike Capsules in treating cough of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD ). Methods In the randomized controlled clinical study, 140 cases of cough of COPD were divided into the treatment group( 70 cases ) treated by Suhuang Zhike Capsules, and the control group( 70 cases ) treated by Compound Brown Mixture, the treatment course was 21 d. The cough symptom was scored before and after treatment in the two groups. The effective rate,recurrence rate after 1 week of medication discontinuation and the adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The effective rate was 87.14% in the treatment group and 68.57% in the control group, the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group( P < 0.05 ). The recurrence rate after 1 week of medication discontinuation was 6. 56% in the treatment group and 20.83% in the control group, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group( P< 0. 05 ). No apparent adverse reactions occurred in both two groups. Conclusion Suhuang Zhike Capsules has an obvious effectiveness and safety in treating cough of COPD stable stage with the low recurrence rate after medication discontinuation.关键词
