Abstract
Obejectiv To investigate the relationship between Huizhuotanzu syndrome of coronary heart disease and thrombomodulin (TM) and endothelin (ET). Methods A total of 172 cases with coronary heart disease were differentiated to 84 cases of Huizhuotanzu syndrome and 88 cases of non-Huizhuotanzu syndrome. With 78 healthy people as normal controls, the contents of TM and ET of the three groups were observed and compared. Results The levels of TM and ET in patients with coronary heart disease were higher than normal controls, the levels of TM and ET in patients with Huizhuotanzu syndrome were higher than that with non-Huizhuotanzu syndrome of coronary heart disease and normal controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion The increase of TM and ET are closely related with Huizhuotanzu syndrome of coronary heart disease. Patients with Huizhuotanzu syndrome had endothelium dysfunction, and are more prone to thrombosis.关键词
