Effect of Electro-acupuncture on N-Methyl-D-aspartate Receptor 1 Messenger RNA in Hippocampus with Alzheimer's Disease
目的 观察电针对老年痴呆(AD)模型大鼠海马N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体1(NMDAR1)mRNA的影响,探讨其作用机制.方法 将SD大鼠按随机数字表分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组,每组10只.采用双侧海马一次性注射聚集态Aβ25-35制备AD大鼠模型,电针组选取双侧"肾俞"、"内关"和"大椎",接G6805-Ⅱ型电针治疗仪,选用2 Hz连续波,强度为1 mA,通电20 min,每日1次,每周6次,共治疗2周.采用原位杂交法检测各组大…查看全部>>
Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on the expression of NMDAR1 mRNA in the hippocampus of rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and discuss the mechanism.
