Optimization of Ethanol Extraction Technology of Chanfukang Granules by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction technology of Chanfukang Granules. Methods The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was detected by HPLC-ELSD, the content of paeoniflorin was detected by HPLC. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the fators of extraction procedure including concentration of alcohol, extracting time and times, with the content of astragaloside IV, paeoniflorin and the extraction amount as the indexes. Results The optimum process was adding 6 fold volume of 80% ethanol, decocting 2 times, and 1 h for each time. Conclusion The optimum technology of Chanfukang Granules is simple, stable and effective.关键词
