Abstract
Objective To develop a method for detetmining mesaconitine and aconitine in Yaotong Mixture. Methods RP-HPLC was used for the determination of mesaconitine and aconitine. The column was Sunfire C18 (4.6 mm 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (adjusted pH value at 6.30 by triethylamine), and the gradient elution was used. The detection wavelength was set at 232 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Mesaconitine and aconitine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.007 2－0.072 μg (r＝0.999 5) and 0.004 6－0. 046 μg (r＝0.999 8) respectively. The average recovery of mesaconitine was 98.2% with RSD of 1.6% (n＝6), and the average recovery of aconitine was 97.4 % with RSD of 1.9% (n＝6). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and fast, and can be used for the determination of mesacontine and aconitine in Yaotong Mixture.关键词
