Abstract
In the environment of the new rural construction and overall developing of urban and rural,migrant workers training should keep pace with the times,efforting to achieve three changes： from signal government’s behavior to be social action;from paying attention to expand scale to improving training quality;from＂the survival of the migrant workers training＂to＂turning the migrant workers to be citizen by culturing＂.关键词
