A Preliminary Study on the Vocational Core Capacity of the Secondary Vocational School Teacher in Western China

摘要

Abstract

Using the training students of the guangxi secondary vocational school teacher training base as subject,and base on the behavior event interview,the study explored the secondary vocational school teacher’ vocational core capacity.The results showed that the vocational core capacity of the secondary vocational school teacher in western China includes the following eleven indicators: student influence,interpersonal skills and insight,self-confident,career loyalty,student centered,team cooperation,vocational guidance,details insight and guidance,task-based knowledge,psychological counseling,self-improvement.
