阳春砂仁的酚性成分研究
Study on Phenolic Constituents of Amomum villosum

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Amomum villosum. Methods:Compounds were isolated from the alcoholic extract using polyamide,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20.0DS open column chromatography and other means.Their structures were elucidated according to spectral data and physiochemical properties. Results: Five compounds were isolated from Amomum villosum. They were identified as: 3-elhoxy-hydroxy benzoic acid (1) ,vanillic acid-1-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2) , isorhamnetin-3-β-D-glucoside (3) ,flavanocoutnarin (4),isoflavanocoumarin (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1~5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
