How to Narrate Chinese Modern History of One Hundred Years --On the novel of Hunan mules by He Dun
摘要
Abstract
The historical novel of Hunan mules by He Dun, which depicting the vicissitudes of fates of the five generations in the surnamed He family, presents a real picture of the vicissitudes of Chinese history in the last 100 years. He Dun is efficient at applying the abstract history in the life change of every people and the meticulous writing of daily life, and he masters the secrets of Chinese traditional novels in his narrative. The novel created a series of characters with distinguished dispositions such as He Jinshan, with poetical language and authentic details, Hunan mules is indeed an epic masterpiece which integrated historicity with artistry perfectly.关键词
