Abstract
In order to study the toxical effects of cadmium on primary culture hepatocytes in rats. Rat hepatocytes were isolated by a two step perfusion technique, the hepatocytes were incubated with cadmium acetate （2.5 μmoL/L, 5.0 μmoL/L, 10.0 μmoL/L and 20.0 μmoL/L）for 12 h and 24 h, methyhhiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide （MTT）technique was used to determine hepatocytes cell viability in this study. The content of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）in hepatocyte primary culture fluid were determined. The results showed that cell viability decreased significantly （P〈0.01） in a dose dependent manner after exposure to 2.5 μmoL/L,5.0 μmoL/L, 10.0 μmoL/L and 20.0 μmol_/L cadmium acetate,the activities of LDH increased. It suggested that cadmium acetate may induce the damage of hepatocytes at certain doses.关键词
