主成分分析在苦荞育种中的应用
Application of Principal Component Analysis in the Tartary Buckwheat Breeding
摘要
Abstract
Six characters about 45 tartary buckwheat varieties（strains）were analyzed by the principal component analysis,confirmed the three main component to reflect characters of tartary buckwheat varieties（strains）,they were several links of the main stem facter（plant type factor）,grain weight per plant factor and one thousand-grains weight factor（cumulative contribution rate above 83%）.Selected best synthetical properties varieties through principal component value of varieties,the result was indentical with actual performance of varieties.It proved that principal component analysis was feasible in the tartary buckwheat breeding.关键词
