烟草黑胫病菌拮抗细菌的筛选与鉴定
Screening and Identification of Antagonistic Bacteria Against Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae

Abstract
Totally 107 bacterial strains were isolated from different tobacco rhizosphere soils,of which 13 strains showed antagonistic activity against phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae.LZ-7 strain had the best room flat antibacterial activity and inhibition zone diameter reached 27.82 mm.Pot experiment showed that the LZ-7 and A3 had better control effect which reached 59.12% and 55.84%.The 16S rDNA fragment was amplified from strain LZ-7 by PCR,and the 16S rDNA sequence analysis indicated that strain LZ-7 shared 99% 16S rDNA sequence homology with Bacillus pumilus.In the phylogenetic framework of bacterial classification,LZ-7 belonged to Bacillus pumilus.关键词
