信息熵在合肥市土地利用结构变化分析中的应用
Application of information entropy to the analysis on the changes of land use structure in Hefei city

Abstract
Information entropy reflects the balance degree of land use. More large entropy is, more disordered land system is. We calculated information entropy based on land use structure before city zoning adjustment in Hefei from year 1996 to 2010, and then adjusted land use structure through information entropy to provide reference for further development of the city. The results show that: (1) The information entropy of land use structure of Hefei city was on the low side with its value fluctuated between 1.29 and 1.44, and the degree of order of land system was high; (2) The information entropy of land use structure increased from 1.29 to 1.38; the land system was disordered, and the land use structure was unreasonable, which were related to the extensive development at the cost of resources and environment of Hefei city; (3) Protecting the arable land at a stable level reducing the proportion of construction land and increasing artificial wetland are effective methods for reducing information entropy.关键词
