Role of PLC in Dark-regulated Stomatal Movement
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the role of PLC in the dark-regulated stomatal movement. [Method] By means of pharmacological approach and stomatal analysis, PLC was involved in the dark-regulated stomatal closure. [Result] The dark-induced stomatal closure could be blocked by U73122 and reversed by L-NAME and c-PTIO. [Conclusion] The bio-activity of PLC was high in die darkness, and some relationship may exist between PLC and NO in stumaLal movement.关键词
