洋葱胚性愈伤组织的诱导及增殖条件的研究OA
Induction and Proliferation Conditions of Onion(Allium cepa L.) Embryogenic Callus
[目的]探讨洋葱离体培养的最佳条件,为建立其高频再生体系及转基因研究奠定技术基础.[方法]以洋葱(Allium cepa L.)种子为外植体,对洋葱愈伤组织的诱导、胚性愈伤组织获得及增殖的培养条件进行了初步研究.[结果]不同培养基种类对愈伤组织的诱导有影响,BDS优于MS和B5培养基；当培养基中2,4-D浓度为0.5 mg,/L时种子出愈率最高；适当降低生长素浓度,添加分裂素BA能够促进胚性愈伤组织的发生,且无分化现象产生,胚性愈伤组织诱导最佳培…查看全部>>
[Objective] To explore the best conditions for the in vitro culture of onion, so as to lay technical foundation for its trangenic research and the establishment of high frequency regeneration system.
