摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions and determine the content of polysaccharide from Neverita didyma. [Method] The polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, with the yield of polysaccharide as index, an orthogonal analysis was carried out based on single factor analysis to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Neverita didyma. [ Result] The optimum extraction parameters were: extraction temperature of 40 ? , extraction duration of 60 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:100. Under the best conditionsy the extraction rate of Neverita didyma polysaccharide was 7. 17% with RSD of 1. 05% . [ Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable , thus providing basis for the further development and utilization of Neverita didyma polysaccharide.
