Study on Curie-point Pyrolysis of Biomass

摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the mechanism analysis of hiomass decomposition. [Method] Poplar sawdust and milled wood lignin (MWL) was pyrolyzed at various curie-points in JHP-5 model curie-point pyrolyzer. And the main liquid products under pyrolysis temperature in this experimental condition were investigated. [Result] The results of gas ehromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS) on-line analysis showed that the same pyrolysis liquid products of ihese raw materials were aromatic substances, but there were furfural and more kinds of aromatic substances in the pyrolysis products of poplar sawdust. The relative quantity of these raw materials' main liquid products increased and then declined as the pyrolysis temperature increasing, and the relative quantity was higher at the temperature between 445 X. and 590 *C. [ Conclusion] Curie-point pyrolysis and GC-MS combination analysis technique have been the fixed technology in the field of wood chemistry research.关键词
