Effects of Salicylic Acid on the Growth and Pb Content of Weixian Radish Root under Pb Stress
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was lo explore effects of salicylic seid (SA) on the growth and Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress. [Method] Effects of SA on the length, dry weight and Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress were studied by pot cultured seedings. [Result] Exogenous SA (50 -400 jjimol/L) processing had insignificant effect on the length and dry weight of Weixian radish root but could significantly reduce the Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress, among them 100 u,mol/L SA processing had the most obvious effect of reducing Pb content of Weixian radish root. [ Conclusion ] The research provides theoretical basis for the production of non-pollution Weixian radish.关键词
