复合酶提取香菇多糖的研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the lentinan extraction conditions by composite enzymatic method. [ Method ] The acid protease and
cellulase were applied in the lentinan extraction and then the influence of pH, enzyme liquid amount, ratio of material to water, reaction time
to extraction rate was studied. [ Result] The optimum conditions of lentinan extraction by composite enzymatic method were that pH was 4. 2,
enzyme liquid amount was 0. 30 ml, ratio of material to water was 1:40 and reaction time was 1. 5 h. [ Conclusion] This study prepared the
ground for the extraction and application of lentinan.
