银行卡在农民工参与新农合中的应用
Application of Bank Card in the Peasant Workers' Participation in New Rural Cooperative Medical System
摘要
Abstract
According to the investigation data in Jintang County and Wenjiang District of Chengdu, the implementation status and existing problems in the new rural cooperative medical system were analyzed, including the asymmetry between the popularity rate and the utilization rate, the asymmetry between the hospital grade and the reimbursement ratio as well as the asymmetry between the high mohility of Peasant workers and the operation mode of capital. Based on all above, the main implementation direction of bank card in the medical insurance payment method of Peasant workers was discussed.关键词
