家蚕抗病性与经济性状的相关性研究
Study on the Correlation between Disease Resistance and Economic Characters of Silkworm
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation between the economic characters and the disease resistance of silkworm. [ Method jThe economic characters and disease resistance of 15 silkworm varieties under normal rearing conditions were investigated to analyze the correlation between the economic characters and disease resistance. [Result]The egg-quantity of single moth,whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate all showed negative correlations with larva - pupa survival rale and the correlation between the cocoon shell weight and pupation rate was significant. The correlations between egg-quantity of single moth,whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate and larva-pupa survival rate were not significant,but the correlations were negative. [Conclusion]The disease resistance of silkworm showed a negative or significant negative correlation with the economic characters. Both the economic characters and the disease resistance should be considered in the breeding process of silkworm.关键词
