饥饿对麻雀体内纤维素酶活性的影响
Effects of Starvation on Cellulase Activity of Sparrow
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of starvation on cellulase activity of sparrow. [Method] Using DNS method,the changes of cellulase activity in sparrow with food - free group and starvation group were deter mined and the effects of pH and temperature on cellulase activity were studied. [Result] With the prolonging of starving time,CMC enzyme activity in the stomach and intestines of sparrow rapidly declined and then partly increased,but it didn't reach that level in control group. BG enzyme activity in starvation group continuously declined. The optimum pH of CMC enzyme in gizzard,proventriculus,foregut,hindgut and rectum were 3,4,4,6 and 5 respectively. The optimum temperature in gizzard,proventriculus,hindgul and rectum was 50? and the optimum temperature in foregut was 40 ?. The optimum pH for BC enzyme activity was 4 and the optimum temperature was 40 ?. [Conclusion] Under starving conditions,CMC enzyme activity first decreased and then increased and BG enzyme activity continuously declined.关键词
